Design facility
Ours is ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company which follows a very transparent and Clear cut policy of Quality control at different in-house stages of production of various products which is as follows :-
Stage 1
During this stage the company checks the various aspects of incoming material :-
1. The SWG gauge of the material and matches it as per provided specification .
2. The measurements are checked of each piece to ensure the quality of each and every piece.
3.The material is further checked for hardness and malleability.
Stage 2
During this stage the material passes from different procedures at Press Shop and finally finished product is ensured. The utmost quality is ensured to check out the defected material at the Press Shop and then at spot welding machines .
Stage 3
Now finally before materials are further checked before coating for any defects and also after coating and before packing the same procedure is followed at Coating Plant to follow the stricter quality norms and maintain higher quality standards.
Design facility
All the in house computerized design facility is available for basic and standard designs but for more complex designs the company sometimes hires professional for more compact and special specified drawing designing from outside.
